Women go through different experiences with their mothers-in-law. Some are embraced and loved by their husband's mothers while for some that is not the case.
Sylvia says that she was married for six years and the couple was blessed with three children. However, the problem between her and her mother-in-law was ignited by the presence of their firstborn.
The mother-in-law used to hate that child with claims that he did not look like other family members. At times, the mother-in-law could frustrate the child telling him that he was not their blood.
One day, the mother-in-law poisoned the child and Sylvia took the matter to the area chief. The mother-in-law pretended to have calmed down and even begged for forgiveness.
Since Sylvia's husband was a mummy's boy, he did not give her wife a listening ear. The husband conspired with the mother to send her packing.
What is that bad or good experience have you ever had with your in-laws?
