For the last 2 months, the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amollo Odinga and his handshake Partner president Uhuru Kenyatta have been working tirelessly to reunite the former National Super Alliance coalition principles who over the recent past appeared to be reading from different pages. Their effort bore no fruit after Mudavadi, Kalonzo and Wetangula announced that they are going to Officially quit the coalition.
However, it appears that there's still hope for the dying coalition after an ally of Raila claimed that NASA is still much alive thereby revealing new plans to revive it. Speaking to the STANDARD newspaper today on Thursday 29th of July, Mombasa gubernatorial aspirant Hon Suleman Shabal, one of Raila's closest Allies revealed that the opposition chief and his broker president Uhuru Kenyatta are currently working on a new plan to bring together NASA Co principals through the spirit of Handshake.
"In a house, you must always find people disagree on one or two things. This does not mean that the family will stop living together. I want to state here that NASA is still much alive and president Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake Partner Hon Raila Odinga is working on a new plan to make it stronger through the spirit of Handshake, "Hon Shal told the papers.
