
Tiangong is a space station placed in low earth orbit between 340 km and 450 km above the earth's surface. The Tiangong space station, once completed, will be roughly one-fifth the mass of the international space station and about the size of the decommisioned Russian Mir space station.
Today, the Chinese Embassy in Kenya announced that a Kenyan research project was included in the recently launched China's Space Station.

The Embassy's full statement read, "Kenyan's research project has been listed in the nine international scientific experiments of seventeen countries included in China's Space Station which was recently launched."

After the statement, the Chinese Embassy in Kenya posted a photo of a list of selected space science experiment projects, for the 1st cycle concerning UN/China cooperation on the utilization of China Space Station. 
In that list Machakos University in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome are recognised for contributing towards the high performance micro 2-phase cooling system for space application.
