Do you remember the colours of the rainbow?

The colors of the rainbow are a natural phenomenon that occurs when light is refracted, or bent, as it passes through water droplets in the atmosphere. The seven colors of the rainbow are:

Red: This is the color with the longest wavelength and the lowest frequency. It appears at the top of the rainbow.

Orange: This is the second color in the rainbow and has a slightly shorter wavelength and higher frequency than red.

Yellow: This color has an even shorter wavelength and higher frequency than orange.

Green: This is the fourth color in the rainbow and has an even shorter wavelength and higher frequency than yellow.

Blue: This color has a shorter wavelength and higher frequency than green.

Indigo: This is a darker shade of blue and has a slightly shorter wavelength and higher frequency than blue.

Violet: This is the last color in the rainbow and has the shortest wavelength and highest frequency of all the colors.

The colors of the rainbow can also be remembered by the acronym ROYGBIV, which stands for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
