Good News Church of God Kenya Pastor Ben Wanderi has claimed that he met with God two days ago. The Katarina-based pastor told his congregation that during their encounter, God gave him a powerful message that must be told to his people. Kenya has been experiencing many controversial pastors giving out contracting information to their followers. A week ago, a pastor from Bungoma County claimed to be the true Jesus Christ. The pastor, commonly known as Mwalimu Yesu, raised many questions among Kenyans about the legitimacy of his name.
According to Pastor Ben, God appeared to him two days ago on the mountaintops during his fasting prayers. Ben alleges that during the meeting, God instructed him to start wearing high-heeled female shoes to look unique from other normal men. Pastor Wanderi added that his normal suits and ties were prohibited by God. In this case, he was instructed to wear long white gowns completely covering his neck and legs.
"As I was down on my knees praying, God descended from the heavens. He held my head, touching my ears. He commanded me to start wearing long white gowns with crosses. He then showed me high-heeled shoes to use. God sent me to his people. I have a message to the world," claimed pastor Ben.
Below are photos of his first appearance at his church with the new dress code:
