Christians are being urged to join the Hustler Fund in order to expand their enterprises and help the Kingdom of God according to First Lady Rachel Ruto.
The First Lady highlighted the significance of the Fund to Christians when speaking on Sunday, December 4 at Redeemed Gospel Church in Nairobi.
The First Lady urged the Churchgoers I want to urge you all to take the chance since often we lack the cash to build our enterprises.
She also criticized the opposition leaders for saying that the Fund is insufficient to have any effect on the nation's small enterprises.
When we first began Table Banking with women in Nairobi, many of them questioned what Ksh100, Ksh200, Ksh500 or even Ksh1,000 could accomplish. Rachel Ruto recalled that time.
The First Lady recalled telling the women to just start and see what they could do with the money they thought was too little.
In order to demonstrate how the women were able to build their savings through the use of Table Banking she cited the Swahili proverb little by little fills up the measure (haba na haba hujaza kibaba).
