The country has had a tough day today especially following heartbreaking news that the father to the owner of the Solai dam that killed several kenyans few years ago had passed on. He passed on following what was reported to be Covid-19 complications in a Nairobi Hospital.
And now there is a new development again as Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party director of communication Philip Etale is reporting that the country has lost one of its most senior religious leaders.
In a social media message, Etale has revealed that Mzee Khairallah Saad Miraji who is the secretary general of the Supreme council of Kenya muslims (SUPKEM) has passed on. The Muslim leader is said to have passed on after a short illness.
"Deputy Organizing Secretary of the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims (SUPKEM) Mr. Saad Miraji Khairallah, has passed on. Mzee Khairallah died in hospital this evening after a short illness. May his soul Rest In Peace," he reported.
