Tanzanians React as Famous Prophet Reveals What God Told Him Concerning COVID-19 Vaccine

A section of Tanzanians has taken to social media with mixed reactions after a famous preacher revealed what God wants him to do for them during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Bishop Josephat Gwajima who also considers himself a prophet of God has today said God has instructed him to lead Tanzanians during this COVID-19 pandemic.

He was speaking today in the church where he said God has promised him that He is going to save Tanzanians from the deadly pandemic without them getting vaccinated.

The 'man of God' who is also an MP, has hit out at opposition after he accused them of allegedly forcing Tanzanians to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to Bishop Gwajima, leaders forcing Tanzanians to take the vaccine should be avoided like a plague.

He pointed fingers at Tundu Lissu and Freeman Mbowe's CHADEMA party, as the main reason why Tanzanians are getting ready to be vaccinated after the arrival of the vaccines from the US. (1 million doses arrived on Friday)

He said God's message is to see that Tanzanians are safe, without them using face masks, or getting vaccinated.

"Nimeshangaa sana CHADEMA na Kiongozi wao wanalazimisha watanzania kuchanjwa, tuwaogope Sana watu hawa, mimi nimeletwa na Mungu kuwavusha watanzania kwenye janga hili la Corona bila kuchanjwa wala kuvaa barakoa ,hakuna mtu wangu yeyote atakayeugua Covid 19," said the MP, which loosely translates to

("I'm very surprised CHADEMA party and its leader are forcing Tanzanians to be vaccinated, let's be very afraid of these people. I have been called by God to lead Tanzanians through this COVID-19 pandemic without vaccination or even wearing masks, none of my people will get sick Covid 19).

However, the preacher's message to his followers is not true, considering the fact that Tanzania is recording many deaths, and they really need the vaccine.

Some hospitals are already overwhelmed by COVID-19 patients. The government on Wednesday announced the suspension of all public gatherings, clearly hinting the situation is not good.
