Well known Kikuyu gospel presenter Muturi wa Muiru is now a church elder in Presbyterian Church of East Africa.Muturi was ordained today 13, November at Unity Church Umoja in Nairobi.In a glamourous service attended by his family and presided by one of PCEA bishop ,the presenter cemented his belief in Jesus as the leader of the church and his acceptance of the Old and New testament bible as the supreme rulers of his life.He also said he approves the form of worship in the church.Muturi also promised to perform his duty with faithfulness and humility promising to be a good example to others.He then the knelt and was dedicated through a short prayer before the multitudes who had gathered.
Muturi is a radio presenter at Inooro fm and has been working there for several years as a gospel show presenter.He host his show from 1 pm to 2pm and often a funeral announcement show from 8 pm to 9 pm and is closely listened by his ardent followers, courtesy of his good voice and his enligtment about the word of God.He also host a morning show on Sunday in which he popularly quotes his verses from the book of Congratulations Elder Muturi.
