The churches have urged all Kenyans to come out strongly and demonstrate against Ruto's administration including removing him from power if that's what it takes. The churches are clear that, the president has refused to listen to the cry of Kenyans who are struggling with the high cost of living which is extremely unbearable.

NCCK has accused President William Ruto is hiding in the church yet bringing serious problems to the people of Kenya since assumed office as president. The churches have urged the Azimio leader Raila to push hard and ensure that the country has a serious revolution that can help the ordinary Kenyans.

According to the NCCK churches, president Ruto is the reason why the cost of living is at it's highest levels and not the handshake team. The churches are clear that, the president should offer subsidies if he cannot afford to reduce the cost of living because hunger cannot wait.
