William Samoei Ruto is the fifth president of the republic of Kenya, he is married to Rachel Ruto who is now the First Lady of Kenya. Rigatonii Gachagua is the deputy president of the republic of Kenya and he is married to pastor Dorcas Ragathi cum the second lady of Kenya.
The duo, Rachel Ruto and Dorcas Rigathi have been described as prayer worriers, they have been leading the country in prayers on different occasions.
Rachel Ruto and Dorcas Gachagua have recently attended a meeting that has left Kenyans with questions on the choice of its title. The two attended the Healing Jesus Campaign and Identifying Dangerous Enemies Conference in Thika. Led by Lady blogger Pauline Njoroge who has questioned the part of Identifying Dangerous Enemies, Kenyans have wondered about the reason behind the title.
