On 17 Feb 2021 the Catholic faithfully marked the Ash Wednesday. The pinnacle of a Catholic faith is realized during this period. The christian should realize there salvation by being charitable and prayerful during this lenten. The theme of this 40 day of fasting is let's build our nation through inclusivity and accountability. Ref the book Jeremiah 2: 17-18.
The Catholic Church in Kenya have asked the christians to pray for the country. There prayer will reduce corruption and revamp economy. As a believer I am faithfully that afterEaster we shall have change because of this theme the church has chosen.
I encourage all people to observe the gospel and teaching of Jesus. We should give more to the poor, forgive more, pray more and never steal during this period. This behavior will help us realize lenten 2021 theme.
In this country we must pray for youths who are unemployed. We must pray for our economy. With prayers everything is possible. Even Jesus said with faith you can tell this Mountain to move there and it moves. I believe religious solution is the answer during this lenten period.
