Some hours ago, pastor t Mwangi was on NTV the wicked edition where he talked about Dowry payment. According to him, he said that the negotiations is a form of slave trade which demeans a woman. He went ahead and said that he didn't pay the Dowry for his wife since he values her so much. Watch the video below.

This become the talk on social media where the photos of his wife have been trending online through articles and videos. He has finally posted on his Facebook page reacting on the issue. According to him, he said that he doesn't normally do that but seeing photos of his wife on social media pages has provoked the response. He went ahead and said that he values his family and when the line is crossed like now he have to respond.

He said that during the debate he was talking about Christianity and African renaissance and his argument come from african view of dowry where it was negotiated and payed. He said in his culture Dowry payment is not an event but a ritual where they slaughter facing the mountain, pour blood, pay two goats for engagement, get blessed with alcohol by elders who later bring a list of things you should bring.

He said that is the dowry that he never paid for his wife saying he only appreciated the parents since the bible is very clear that Zion was the final mountain and the blood of Jesus was the last Sacrifice. He said that mixing Christianity and traditional ritual is introduction of nicolaitan doctrine which he doesn't support. He concluded by saying that many young people have eloped after demands and many are avoiding Marriages becouse of these things. What is your view on this?
