DP Ruto Forced to Cut Speech And Apologise on Behalf of a Rowdy Crowd That Followed Him to Church

Deputy President William Ruto has been forced to cut his speech and apologise on behalf of a rowdy and noisy crowd that followed him to the church service waiting for him outside.

The DP who was attending a church service at the Redeemed Gospel Church in Mikindani, Jomvu, Mombasa County hilariously pleaded with the Bishop to forgive him for the noises outside as he compared the crowd to that of David in the Bible during his struggles with King Saul. According to the DP, the crowd that was following David that he has compared to hustlers, made him become the king.

"Bishop utatusamehea kidogo kuna makelele uko nje. Unakumbuka historia ya Daudi wakati alikua anasumbuliwa na Saulo, Mungu alimpeleka adi akamfikisha uko jangwa la Adulam. Kufika uko Mungu akampa watu wengi ni kama hustlers. Mungu alimsaidia Daudi akampa kesho itamfanya awe flame. So askofu ukiskia watu wanapiga kelele apo nje ni kama tu wale wa Daudi," stated DP Ruto while addressing congregants.

At the same time, he has promised to help them build the church and assured them to visit again very soon without any other invitation.

The second in command has been in the coast region for three days now popularizing his presidential bid in the region and is expected to make inroads after the service.
