Ruto's presidential bid had today gotten a huge boost after pastor turned Politician and his wife endorsed his candidature today during an early meeting that happened in Karen Today. The meeting bringing together church leaders allied to Ruto and the Kenya Kwanza team.

Speaking at today's meeting, pastor Pius Muiru who contested for presidency in 2013 said that Ruto has proven beyond doubts that he is a man who values prayers and therefore God has chosen him to led the nation. His sentiments also being echoed by the wife who also is a woman leader in his church based in Nairobi.
Today's meeting unanimously agreeing to back the leadership and candidature of Ruto who has been making donations to the church in a bid to woo them to vote for him. His bid having the backing of several spiritual leaders who attended his Karen meeting today.
