God's Wrath? Four Bible Verses That Have Come To Pass Through Covid-19 Pandemic

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease caused by a novel coronavirus known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2; formerly known as 2019-nCoV) that was first discovered in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, during a respiratory illness outbreak.

It was initially reported to the World Health Organization on December 31, 2019. (WHO). On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 outbreak a global health emergency. The World Health Organization (WHO) designated COVID-19 a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, the first time since H1N1 influenza was declared a pandemic in 2009.

Both rich and developing countries have experienced economic insecurity as a result of the pandemic. Furthermore, the pandemic has claimed the lives of a large number of people, both famous and ordinary citizens.

The source of the epidemic, however, has yet to be identified. However, according to Bible scriptures, there is a good chance that dark days and end times are near.

According to Jeremiah's book, a large number of people would perish at the hands of the virus.

"They will die of deadly diseases. They will not be mourned or buried(A) but will be like dung lying on the ground.(B) They will perish by sword and famine,(C) and their dead bodies will become food for the birds and the wild animals.”(Jeremiah 16:4)

To avoid death, the faithful are encouraged to wash their hands, according to Exodus 30:18-21.

Furthermore, according to Leviticus 13:4,5,46, maintaining a social distance is one of the strategies to prevent the viral sickness from spreading. The covid-19 protocols go hand in hand with this.

Finally, if a person tests positive for the virus, he or she will be compelled to stay indoors for seven to fifteen days, according to Leviticus 13:4-5.
