Today was a very dark day for Deputy President following what he found at Kathonzweni In Makueni County.
Confusion marred Deputy President's Event that was Scheduled at Kathonzweni AIC Church in Makueni County today on Saturday after He was astonished to find empty seats moment he walked in with his Brigade. It is said that Deputy President arrive at the time around 9.00AM in the morning only to meet this sad moment.
Sources claim that the DP was forced to wait longer than intended at the Deacon's Office as the Church Management and Organizers of the event rushed to mobilize the attendees. As he waited only the Choir group was performing.
It is said that this shameful moment happened due to disagreement that was experienced between the UDA grassroots mobilisers and the Organizers of the event leading to the rise of Splinter Groups. A Fight reportedly broke among the divided Parties thus delaying the event.
Nonetheless, the event went on as planned though DP Ruto strayed from commenting on the issue. This is what DP had to say
"Even as we compete, we must know that ultimately God will decide the next leader of our nation through the prayers, votes, and support of the people of Kenya,” the DP stated.
“As leaders, we must endeavour to unite Kenyans. The electorate is well informed and can thus make the right decision when the time comes,” he added.
Ruto later on addressed Residents of Nzeveni at Nzeveni Market to Popularize his Bottom-up economic Model.
