Attending church service is now a norm of politicians. Now that the funeral ceremonies were reduced or have been denied access, the politicians have shifted gears to churches.
It was Ruto who started going round churches as he was advancing his ambitions of being the president of the republic of Kenya. He has been raising funds in different churches in the county. Wherever he goes, The deputy president is found of quoting Bible verses relevant to his political ambitions.
Of late, Raila has joined the mission. He is currently attending the church function at Naivasha town AIC. Raila quoted the verse of Ephesians 4:2 which talks of love and respect before he quoted Peter 4:8. Raila explained his mission of unity among the people of the country
Attending the same function, royal Media services owner Sk Macharia and Peter Kenneth had alot to speak. Macharia said, his mission to eliminate corrupt leaders in the country. Peter Kenneth said he is determined to see the country leaders honest and hardworking.
Churches are now fields of politics even after the churches council banned politics from it's floors. We wish all of them the best. Thanks.
