As A Christian You Should Not Consume These Meals, The Bible Forbids

Foods that Christians should not eat according to the Bible.

Even though Christianity does not prohibit many things, there are some things that believers are not permitted to consume.

For example, in Leviticus 7: 23 mentions that it is strictly prohibited to consume animal fat, including livestock and sheep.

Even though it is often disregarded as a part of the Old Testament purity code, it is an excellent idea to follow.

Maybe the finest example of the notion, that the dietary rules and practices of a diverse nation and its faith are predicated on the concept of social stratification or, at the very least, a sense of separateness is Judaism, as outlined in the Torah ("law" or "teaching") books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy.

All animals and their products that do not chew their cud and do not have cloven hooves (e.g., pigs and horses); fish without fins and scales; any animal's blood; shellfish (e.g., clams, oysters, shrimp, crabs) and any other crawling creatures; and those owl enumerated in the Bible are prohibited foods.

The following are some foods that Christians are not permitted to consume;

Intake of actual blood is prohibited by the book of Leviticus, which is used in both Jewish and Christian holy scriptures.

Fish without fins and scales

"You should not eat of all that is in the waters: whatever that does not have fins and scales in the seas and rivers, you should not eat."

Leviticus 11:13-19 states, "These are the birds you should not eat because they are unclean: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture, the red kite, any black kite, any raven, the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any hawk, the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl, and the white owl."
