He is a retired reverend who is described as being one of the strongest pillars of the Presbyterian Church in Kenya and East Africa as a whole.
He was currently attached to the Kitengela Parish in Kajiado where he was a stand in Minister for the Parish Minister of the Church.
He was also a scholar and a respected theology professor at the Presbyterian Church of Eastern Africa University.
The news was broken by a popular blogger and member of the Presbyterian Church of Easter Africa member.
Before his retirement, he was the National Council of Churches of Kenya, NCCK where he led the organization to prosperity.
While mourning the departed retired reverend, Wahome Thuku had this to say, "I feel the loss. In the past three or so years, I have listened to his dozens of sermons as he preached and taught the true gospel. My church is mourning."
