If you frequently visit social media pages you must have come across Mary Lincoln at some point. She is a social media influencer and a renown Kikuyu gospel musician who is well grounded to be distracted by neysayers.
Few days ago, she was trending all over social media after her private photos leaked online which forced her to go back to church and repent. Later yesterday she released a new song which appeared to be connected with the experience she got from trending which has garnered many vies on YouTube.
She has therefore come out explaining the song “Ruhiu rutuhu” meaning a blunt sword to those who are not getting the message in the song. She said that she meant that when God decides to choose you it doesn't matter who you are, your past, or your background but he just uses you as a vessel for what he want to communicate to his people.
She gave several example of people like David, Saul and Moses from the bible where each of them had his shortcomings but God didn't care about that. She concluded that the reason she can sing and someone else can't, is only becouse God has choosen to use her and speak to people through the songs. Watch the video below despite her shortcomings.
