AIPCA pastor Ben Kiengei has reacted to rumours going rounds that his close friend and colleague Pastor Kimani alias Muthungu did not die after a road accident but was attacked after being nabbed with a married woman at an Airbnb in Kenyatta road.
Through a post on Facebook where he was sharing a photo of the house he built for the family of the late pastor, Kiengei said that he will let the rumours continue circulating because even if he says it is a lie, people will insist the rumours are true.
He further went on to state that according to the Kikuyu traditions, one is not supposed to talk evil things about a dead person.
He said that they have given people permission to believe the rumours being circulated by controversial blogger Martha Mwihaki Hinga.
"We have given you permission to believe the doctor and judge of dead people Mwari wa Hinga. We have given her a chance to win this time round" Wrote Pastor Ben Kiengei as translated from Gikuyu language.

Pastor Muthungu died in late August at the age of 39 years. He left behind a wife and two kids. May he continue resting in peace.
