When Jesus went to the mountain with his disciples he started praying and when he ceased, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord teach us to pray as John taught his disciples. Jesus said to them, "Say this prayer when you pray."

Our father who is at Heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your King come, Your will be done as in Heaven, so in earth. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins, for we also forgive one that is indebted to us.

And Lead us not into temptations, but deliver us from from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
