A mzungu Priest from Samburu has taken his church duties a notch higher after blessing a bus that President Uhuru Kenyatta donated a while back.
The priest who has not been identified by name as reported by The Standard was seen whisking anointing oil on the bus.
What was amusing about the priest, however, was that he could speak in fluent Swahili while splashing the holy water on the gift.
"Bariki hii basi, isipate ajali na ifike salama kila wakati, tunakuomba hii basi yetu ifanye kazi yako Mungu na tutaendelea kuchunga itufanyie kazi kwa siku mingi. (Bless this bus so that we may be safe everytime. We pray this bus continue serving us for long} the priest said in Swahili.
President Uhuru few weeks ago donated ten busses to schools and community groups across the county.
In Samburu, he donated busses to AIC Moi Girls Maralal and Kisima Girls. He also donated 2,000 masks to various schools.
