Why Christians Should Endure Hardship While Advancing The Kingdom of God

When your life is all about Christ hardships are inevitable. There are many reasons why Christians go through hardships in life. Sometimes it is to discipline us and bring us back on the path of righteousness.

Sometimes it's to strengthen our faith and make us more like Christ.

Let's see what the Bible says about enduring hardships and advancing the kingdom of God.

2 Timothy 4:5.

You, however, be self- controlled in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist's work, fulfill your ministry.

2 Corinthians 6:3-5.

We live in such a way that no one will stumble because of us, and no one will find fault with our ministry. In everything we do, we show that we are true ministers of God. We patiently endure troubles and hardship and calamities of every kind. We have been beaten, been put in prison, faced angry mobs, worked to exhaustion, endure sleepless nights, and gone without food.

2 Timothy 1:8.

Have no feeling of shame, then, for the witness of our Lord or for me, his prisoner: but undergo all things for the good news in the measure of the power of God.
