Kenyans have now a reason to smile after receiving good news from the president while speaking during Madaraka Day Celebrations. Uhuru has headed to the call of Kenyans to open up the country and lifting the order restricting movements from the five counties the had been under the cessation of movement.
He has also changed the curfew hours from 8 pm to 10 pm which was applying to the five counties. The church is also opened and the religious groups have been allowed to meet under guidelines to ensure protection measures are observed.
The happiest Kenya's are those who are lovers of alcohol after the president allowed clubs in these five counties to start operating again, with serious conditions as guided by the ministry of health. This is to ensure that wearing of masks, distance, hand washing, and sanitization measures are adhered to as the main weapons to fight against this pandemic.
In your views do you think the president's decision is the best considering the current rate of infestations, and do you think the application of the presidential directive in those five counties has positive impacts on the fight against this pandemic?
