It is so sad that road accidents have continued hitting our social media headlines despite the efforts that are being done to curb them.
According to sources, one of the DP Ruto's influencial blogger G. K Malema narrowingly escaped death after the vehicle he boarded got involved in a grisly road accident. GK Malema who is an aspiring Baringo North MP is now thanking God after escaping the tragic road accident that could have sent him and his colleagues to the grave. The accident is said to have happened at Chepsir area along the busy Kericho - Nakuru highway last night.
Taking to his Facebook timeline, GK has thanked the driver and mostly thanked God for if He was not their driver he could now be dancing with the heavenly angels. The motive of the accident has however not been established. Malema is said to be curently in good condition.
From the pictures of the accident scene that the blogger has shared, the vehicle is seen to have been badly damaged with sighns of having been burnt beyond repair.
All road user's are therefore reminded to remain more careful and extra-vigilant while on the road to avoid accidents.
