Praise the LORD No Matter What! “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles! Laud Him, all you peoples! For His merciful kindness is great toward us, and the truth of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!” Psalms 117:1-2 (NKJV)
Praise is the expression of respect and gratitude toward a deity, especially in song as an act of worship. As a child of God, one thing you must know about God, your heavenly Father, is that He enjoys praise, thanksgiving, and worship (Romans 14:11). Therefore, make it a duty to give Him praise and thanksgiving every day; worship Him even if you don’t feel like doing it.
Beloved, don’t only praise and thank Him in good times and complain and murmur in challenging times or bad times. Worship Him especially in difficult times so that He can turn your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!
Prayer Point: My dear heavenly Father, You are my praise. Thank You for teaching me to praise You at all times irrespective of what I’m going through. Please give me more grace to put Your teaching to work, especially in difficult times, so that You can trust me with Your blessings at all times in Jesus’ name. Amen!
