The COTU general Secretary Francis Atwoli has hit at the council of governor Wycliffe Oparanya for openly saying that he was not going to pay his workers in his county. Atwoli lashed at him by telling him that it was their right to be paid. Francis added that Oparanya was just chest thumping for nothing because according to labour laws, all workers had a right to go on a strike as that meant the employer had operated outside an agreement.
