The upcoming 2022 elections has brought a pressure on the nation. There are two political giants who seems to lead the race to state house come 2022. The deputy President and the former prime minister Raila Odinga, and both are putting strategies to help them win the elections.
Orange Democratic Movement Party Leader Hon Raila Odinga has now received some nourishing news ahead of the upcoming 2022 general elections, ahead of the presidential seat hunt. According to the report by the Nation media group, it has now emerged that apart from his recent endorsement during his Garissa visit, other leaders who allegedly boycotted his event have now made an U-Turn and agreed to walk with him.
Speaking to the media, Governor Ali,one of the deputy President supporter, has now agreed that they will be launching the "UPYA" Movement in the coming weeks, where they will campaign for the Former Prime Minister hunt for president.
"After two weeks, we will be launching the "Upya" movement. We are inviting you Mr Odinga as our main guest. We have leaders across all the North Eastern including Samburu county and we promise you the support,” Ali reportedly has told the Nation. All the same, Raila has severally made inroads in President Uhuru's Camps as he seeks to attempt to run for his 2022 Presidential Bid.
