"No Fraud Will Occur As Tallying Resume." I.E.B.C Boss Declares After This Happened

Voting was ongoing onTuesday 18, May 2021 at Juja,Kiambu county and Bonchari parliamentary by-elections .

The Juja parliamentary seat became vacant after MP Francis Waititu succumbed to brain cancer in February 22,2021 at MP Shah hospital.

Waititu was elected on a Jubilee ticket during the 2017 General Elections where he garnered 66,190 votes.

The IEBC boss has insisted that their will be no fraud on the tough contested Juja by-elections.He also said that the ballot papers were arranged properly in a manner that they will detect any foreign materials.

Chebukati said he will write to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji to prosecute Nyoro and his team over the election offence.
