The August elections race is heating up with only few months left for Kenyans to act their democratic role by electing their President. Deputy president William Ruto and Former Prime minister Raila Odinga are considered as the only two powerful horses to win the race due to their fame and popularity in various places.They have already formed two rival coalitions with Ruto leading the Kenya Kwanza Alliance and Odinga "Azimio La Umoja" Coalation.
Polls have been conducted ahead of the August General election and from the results, it shows Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga is losing ground.this is after he came second following Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate William Ruto, who win by 49.9% and Orange Democratic party leader by 42.5%.
Raila decided to choose NARK Kenya party leader Martha Karua, while his oponent and second in command, chose Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua to be his running mate.
The two running mates have been waking day and night in order to win support from the people, so that their presidential candidates gets into the statehouse.
