The former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) president Nelson Havi has conceded defeat in the Westlands Constitutiency parliamentary seat where he was beaten by Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance candidate Tim Wanyonyi.
Through his Twitter social media, Havi has said now that the majority of Westlands residents voted for Wanyonyi, they deserve him in their wisdom or in the lack of their wisdom on the choice they made.
However, Kakamega County Senatorial candidate Boni Khalwale has reacted to Havi's statement, approving that the people is Westlands duly deserve another term of Wanyonyi in their wisdom or lack of it as put by Havi in his statement while conceding defeat.
The former law society of Kenya has on the other hand congratulated the incumbent lawmaker Mr Wanyonyi, wishing him a good term as he continues serving the people of Westlands, saying that his team and himself are contented with the outcome of the race.
