Details of a Huge Amount of Money Raila Odinga Has Promised to Set Aside if Elected President

Former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga has promised to ensure that he will set aside enough equalisation fund to the northern Kenya region counties.

He has noted that his government will ensure that because of the economic differences between different regions in the country, the northeastern will receive a fair share of the equalisation fund.

He spoke this while receiving a huge delegation of leaders from the northeastern region who have since joined his Orange Democratic Movement ODM party.

Among those who decamped to his party is the Chief Administrative Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Education CAS Noor Hassan who is seeking a top position in his county.

Former Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission Chief Executive Officer Halakhe Waqo was also present and he endorsed the presidential candidature of Raila Odinga in the forthcoming presidential elections.

According to Waqo, Raila Odinga's track record is unrivalled and that he knows he will deliver all the promises that he has since assured to give Kenyans once elected to succeed His Excellency the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta.
