According to information that is becoming available, President William Ruto is currently meeting at Statehouse with the departing cabinet secretaries. People in attendance include Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha, Interior Cabinet Secretary Hon. Fred Matiangi, and Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Hon. Peter Munya.
Since William Ruto was sworn in as the fifth president of the Republic of Kenya, they have met twice. Before Ruto revealed his cabinet team, which has not yet been approved by the national assembly, they had already met.
It is assumed that they are talking about certain strategies they can employ to lower the cost of petrol, unga, and other commodities, as he had before promised.
William Ruto mentioned yesterday during his visit to Homa Bay County that he would be meeting with the cabinet team to find a solution to these issues.
