The beautiful and young lady is called Cynthia Jepkosgei Muge Rotich. She is a 29 year old who holds a bachelor's degree in Urban,Community and Regional planning from University of Nairobi, masters in project planning management and currently, she is pursuing a PHD.

Cynthia rose to fame when she went in the book of records for being the youngest MCA in Kenya who clinched the seat as an independent candidate in Kilibwoni ward, Nandi county during the 2017 national elections at 24. In the just concluded elections, she has won the seat and now she becomes Kenya's youngest women representative in the National Assembly after the 24-year-old Linet Chepkorir alias Toto of Bomet county.
