Ruto's Allied Senator Alleges of a Plan by the Government to Have Wajackoya Lead in Upcoming Polls

Kenya is preparing to go to the polls in the next one month where the citizens will practice their democratic voting rights. The people will vote and elect leaders in all positions from the president to the local MCA’s.

One of the much coveted and most contested seat is the Presidency. This year’s general elections, four candidates including DP Ruto, Raila, Wajackoya and Mwaure will face off each other for the Presidency.

Out of the four candidates, William Ruto and Raila Odinga are the favorites judging by the recent various opinion polls that have placed the two in a distant from the rest.

Speaking on Monday morning at Radio Citizen, Nominated senator Isaac Mwaura revealed that Wajackoya, one of the presidential candidate is a state-sponsored project.

Further, the UDA allied senator alleged that plans are underway to have him have a bigger lead in the next opinion polls that will be undertaken.

According to Mwaura, Wajackoya is being used to divert Kenyans attention from Ruto’s recent manifesto and eventually try to pull some voters from Ruto’s side. However, Mwaura stated that the plan won’t work as Kenya kwanza has the support of Kenyans at heart.
