Anthony Nzuki is the London Ward Member of county representative (MCA) elect.
According to Denis Itumbi, Nzuki clinched the seat despite the chaos that erupted in the morning.
While celebrating the win, Itumbi, a former Statehouse digital strategist said that the UDA candidate won despite "the state instigated violence".
"The Winner London Ward,Nakuru is #HustlerNation - @UDAKenya. Deep State has lost despite their Guns, Kifua and State Instigated Violence", itumbi tweeted
He also congratulated the MCA elect and UDA party for winning the London Ward by-elections.
"Congratulations MCA Elect Antony Nzuki. The People, Our God and Ruthless Faith. Not even the Puppets, Murathe, Tuju and Kamanda could help", He added.
The violence saw the police teargas the leaders allied to Deputy President William Ruto and the UDA Party.
Among the leaders who were tear-gassed by the police were, Langata MP Nixon Korir, Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, and other Tangatanga leaders, who served as party agents in the by elections.
Kipchumba Murkomen also came out to congratulate Nzuki and UDA Party for the victory.
"Today after the intimidation, police attacks, voter bribery, lobbying teargas canisters at us, the great people of Nakuru Town, London Ward stood firm and voted for Antony Wachira Nzuki. No one can stop hustler nation, an idea whose time has come. Thank you Nakuru. We love you", Murkomen tweeted.
