However, Interior cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiang'i has highlighted details ahead of August election as far as security is concerned. Speaking during the the pass out police cadets at Kiganjo, CS Fred Matiang'i affirmed that August election will be conducted peaceful as security will be tightened. Matiang'i said that security system is ready for the August general election.
