"The people of Kericho are wonderful and receptive; exemplifying the beauty of Kenya's cohesion amidst diversity To uplift their economic status, we must do different by expanding the local value addition chain of tea to fetch maximum returns. Acknowledging greetings from the residents of Kericho Town." He posted on his Facebook page.It is remembered that Kericho county is one of the region which is perceived to be DP Ruto's stronghold, since all elected leaders are his close allies
His post attracted several comments from Kenyans, majority of them lauded him for visiting Kericho county. They also praised Kericho county residents for welcoming Gideon Moi.
