Raila Odinga informed them that if he wins the next general election, he will provide enough funds for them to create businesses that will provide them with income. He also urged authorities to support people with disabilities, stating that they are human beings as well. Edwin Sifuna, the secretary general of the Orange Democratic Movement, was among the officials that attended the conference.
