Wetangula Message to Azimio Leader

Azimio leader Raila Odinga has been urged to shake hands with presidential elect, William Ruto, by Kenyan leader Moses Wetang'ula in order to promote harmony. Wetangula stated in a video obtained by Star on Friday that the handshake's sole goal would be to maintain peace, not to exchange power. If that occurs, according to Wetangula, it will assist the nation advance rather than lingering on a single issue for an extended period of time. However, he asserted that Raila will always be recognized for the crucial responsibilities he has performed in this nation.

This comes at a crucial state in the country due to the fact that the Azimio team were not impressed by the election results as announced by the IEBC chairman. The team is up and down in preparation for the presentation of the case to the supreme court. The team has a deadline which Monday next week. The court is to make the final decision towards the case. Kenyans are urged to maintain peace throughout.
