
Mt Kenya has in recent days been seen to be the hotly contested area for a majority of presidential aspirants seeking the presidency. The region boasts of millions of votes which is key for any aspirant seeking to make it to the presidency.

Both Raila and Ruto share equal support with a good number of area governors either supporting Raila Odinga or William Ruto.
One such governor who has openly endorsed Raila is one from Mount Kenya East and Meru Governor Kiraitu. After being silent for a period of time, he seems to have gained more energy and is now seeking to hit the road in seeking for votes. This coming just a few days after the announcement of Martha Karua.
KitItu now promises to put up a heated campaign for the party leader Raila Odinga who he says will win the presidency come August of this year when the nation heads to rhe decision tables.
