Few weeks after publicly declaring that he has left Azimio la Umoja, Kalonzo Musyoka is reportedly planning for a return to the alliance. The veteran politician had gone to the extent of naming Andrew Sunkuli as his running mate in the presidential race.
The move by Kalonzo Musyoka to leave Azimio la Umoja was linked to the fact that Raila settled for Martha Karua as his running mate. After reportedly feeling betrayed the Wiper party leader decided to leave Odinga's camp as he prepared to run on a Wiper ticket.
Following the news of Kalonzo's potential return to Azimio la Umoja, supporters have been seen backing up his decision. However, top media blogger allied to Azimio la Umoja, Mutahi Ngunyi had warned Odinga's camp that the Wiper party leader is not to be trusted.
According to him, Kalonzo Musyoka will bring problems to Azimio la Umoja either before or after the elections. He has gone futher to day that Kalonzo could be UDA's project.
