According to Murkomen who has termed president Uhuru's government as oppressive regime, CS Matiang'i should be professional in their duties by avoiding political witch-hunt.
He was sending them the message after the new Zambian president HHichilema rewarded One of prison officer by promoting him to be the Deputy Commissioner General.
The promoted officer is said to have treated president HHichilema well when he was detained in the past despite oppressive regime.
The former senate majority leader was using the case to seemingly remind CS Matiang'i and co. To act professionally in their duties as they do not know about tommorow, DP Ruto being the next president.
