The ministry of foreign affairs has notified about the presence of a delegation in the country drawn from the Saudi Arabian government.The visit by the Saudi officials come a few months when there have been many cases of Kenyan workers losing their lives in the country through unexplainable circumstances and mistreatment cases of Kenyans.
The foreign affairs PS acknowledged the cordial relations that has been maintained by Kenya and Saudi Arabia for years and expressed the county's willingness to deepen and strengthen ties for mutual benefit of the two countries.
He also revealed the readiness of the country in partnering with Saudi Arabia for mutually beneficial investment partnership in various sectors in agricultural development,trade and investment as well as in labour and skills development.
Dr.Korir Singoei expressed gratitude to the Saudi government for their support in Kenya's infrastructure development and humanitarian interventions through Saudi Fund for Development and the King Salman Humanitarian Aid.
