Aisha was the first Kilifi women representative in 2013 after winning it on an ODM ticket.She is currently the MP for Malindi township.After being kicked out of ODM in 2019,she joined William Ruto's camp and currently she is one of Ruto's "point men" in the coast region.
In 2013,Elachi was nominated into the Senate and was the first woman to rise to the ranks of majority chief whip in the upper chamber.Elachi was formerly the speaker of Nairobi county assembly.After her tussle with former Nairobi governor Mike sonko,she was forced to step down as speaker. is currently a Chief Administrative secretary in Uhuru's government.
She is currently the Woman Representative for Muranga county since 2013.Sabina is on her last term as a Woman Rep and is excepted to go for higher positions in Muranga county and the country at large come 2022.
