The Governor to Migori county has rised political temperatures among the members of Orange Democratic Movement. This is after he has declared to join a new political party. He has been accused of supporting PDP party .
This has made him to lock horns with several leaders under ODM party. Leaders under the Orange Democratic Movement led by Gladys Wanga have said they are planning on how to settle the issue. Governor Obado has said that we are living in a democratic country and one can support whatever he or she feels is betyer.
Akoth Obado has not been in good terms with ODM leadership especially the party leader Raila Odinga. This has been seen in the recent how the party has done nothing to save him from the hand of allegations by EACC for being corrupt. ODM party members have promised to oust those betraying their efforts.
