A section of Kenyans online has elicited mixed reactions after learning of President William Ruto's four-day official trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Republic Of Korea (South Korea) starting on Sunday evening 20th November 2022.
According to Citizen TV Kenya, Ruto will first leave the country for DRC where he will meet President Felix Tshisekedi to discuss matters of security in the East African region, trade, investments and regional integration.

President Ruto will only spend a day in DRC and later leave for South Korea where he will meet his counterpart President Yoon Suk-Yeol for bilateral talks on matters such as agriculture, infrastructure, public health and trade agreements.

A section of Kenyans online was not impressed by the official trips the president has been making frequently as others argued that it was a way of inviting investment and widening the relationship between the two countries.
