DP William Ruto has received a morning coded message from the ODM director for communication Hon Philip Etale. According to his latest post, he reminded DP William Ruto that he is still the second in command. He added that DP William Ruto is the only deputy president who absconded his duties, started insulting his boss and stopped going to his office 4 years ago to start campaigning.
"Fellows Kenyans; just a reminder. William Samoei Arap Ruto is the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya. The only Deputy President who absconded his duties, started insulting his boss & stopped going to his office 4 years ago to start campaigning. He must be asked questions." Tweeted by Philip Etale
